How Your Wellness Graphs Work

Daily Equilibrium transforms the information you record into easy-to-understand charts and graphs, helping you visualise your daily routines and recognise patterns over time.

While numbers alone can be difficult to interpret, visual representations make it much easier to understand how you're spending your time and whether your lifestyle reflects what is important to you.

The graphs are designed to encourage reflection rather than judgement. They help you see your routines more clearly, celebrate positive habits and identify opportunities for small, meaningful changes.

Colour-Coded for Simplicity

Each of the seven Daily Equilibrium categories has its own colour.

As you record your activities, these colours appear consistently throughout the app, making it easy to recognise how your week is balanced across the different areas of your life.

Over time, you'll begin to notice visual patterns.

For example, you may see that one colour dominates your week, suggesting that a particular area — such as work or screen time — is taking up more of your time than you intended. Equally, you may notice that another colour appears very little, highlighting an area that may have been unintentionally neglected.

The colours are not designed to tell you whether your lifestyle is "right" or "wrong." Instead, they simply help you reflect on how your time is currently being spent.

Understanding Your Pie Charts

The pie charts provide a snapshot of how your time is distributed across the seven categories.

They allow you to quickly compare different areas of your week and ask questions such as:

  • Am I spending my time in a way that reflects my priorities?
  • Are there areas of my life that I've unintentionally neglected?
  • Does my current lifestyle feel balanced and sustainable?
  • Are my daily activities supporting my overall well-being?

These visual summaries often make it easier to recognise patterns than looking at numbers alone.

Tracking Progress Over Time

As you continue using Daily Equilibrium, your graphs build a picture of your routines over days, weeks and months.

Rather than focusing on individual days, you can begin to recognise longer-term trends and see how small changes gradually influence your lifestyle.

You may notice, for example, that:

  • You've become more consistent with self-care.
  • You're making more time for physical activity.
  • Your social activities have increased.
  • Your screen time has reduced.
  • Your sleep routine has become more regular.

Seeing these changes visually can be motivating and help reinforce positive habits.

Linking Activities with Mood

One of the most valuable features of Daily Equilibrium is the ability to compare your activity patterns alongside your daily mood ratings.

As more information is collected, you may begin to recognise relationships between how you spend your time and how you feel.

For example, you may notice that your mood tends to improve during weeks when you engage in more active leisure, social activities or quiet leisure, or that periods of prolonged work with little rest are associated with increased stress or lower mood.

These observations encourage greater self-awareness and can help you make informed decisions about the routines that best support your own well-being.

A Tool for Reflection, Not Perfection

The purpose of the graphs isn't to achieve a perfect balance or compare yourself with others.

Instead, they provide a visual record of your own lifestyle, helping you better understand your routines and how they change over time.

Everyone's life is different, and your graphs should reflect your own circumstances, responsibilities and values.

The goal is simply to become more aware of your habits, recognise what supports your well-being and use that knowledge to make small, sustainable changes that are meaningful to you.
